McKinney began his professional electrical career as an electrical apprentice and rose his way through the ranks earning a master electrician certification and onto becoming the owner of his own electrical company.
For over a decade McKinney's company was focused on large commercial and industrial electrical design and installations throughout Michigan.
After many years of electrical field work and learning about alternative light forms such as LED, McKinney began a new journey and what is today's signature LED lighting solutions. The goal was to design LED products that were eco-friendly green alternatives to traditional lighting and were contractor friendly.
As the company evolved, so did McKinney's knowledge and expertise about lighting solutions and products. McKinney became the designer of custom lighting solutions which included fiber optics utilizing early LED technologies. His designs can be seen around the world in museums, casinos, restaurants and world class hotels and clubs. While at that time LED was limited in the range of its capability, McKinney started designing and producing special order fixtures for clients wanting a low wattage replacement for certain pieces not available in either an energy saving format or lighting that offered no ultra-violet radiation harmful to the subjects.
Taking this format overseas, McKinney started Going Green Lighting and was co-founder of a manufacturing facility located in Shenzhen, China and started to produce these designs. Over the years this user friendly retrofit style has come to include over 100 LED products that we are offering today. The products that Clean Light Green Light manufactures have McKinney's personal signature on each design, from inception to completion. McKinney's expertise in the LED field has come from real world installation and design, combining several years in the industry and watching it grow from a "fad that will pass" to a rewriting of the history of lighting that we all have a hand in.
With over a decade in the lighting / electrical sector, McKinney's knowledge and personal expertise has made Clean Light Green Light a valued, respected and integral leader in the LED business. Through the years McKinney has completely immersed himself in every facet of Clean Light Green Lights LED supply chain from creation through implementation in an effort to produce best in class LED lighting products.
His passion for environmental reform drives his desire to bring LED lighting technology to the forefront of our ever-changing greener earth. McKinney is also a family man, and enjoys working, sports, and charity fund raising.

Tom Meyer is responsible for providing guidance in the implementation of Clean Light Green Light's vision for delivering innovative and reliable client-focused solutions, as well as for the definition, development, and marketing of Clean Light Green Light's Solid State Lighting systems.
This includes products such as CLGL's LED tubes, street lights, high bays, wall-packs, freezer and spot light portfolios which are all designed to provide a healthy alternative to traditional forms of lighting, while delivering energy-efficient performance.
As a successful entrepreneur, Tom Meyer brings over 20 years of business development and management experience in identifying and developing new markets and opportunities. Tom oversees a global team of experienced sale managers and shares his expertise in developing the right skill sets to educate and penetrate new markets. He provides valuable leadership with a long track record of working successfully with high profile clients to create productive long term business relationships. Previous experience includes operating in a partnership to develop raw land into entitled and best use opportunities throughout North America. Tom worked with city planners and city officials to move projects forward from the permit process to the build out and fruition of successful real estate ventures.
Tom also worked in the Silicon Valley technology sector selling data storage and software for EMC Corporation which included assembling strategic sales teams to drive sales of high ticket technology solutions to the elite of the technology arena. He was responsible for conveying cutting edge knowledge in finance and technology information systems. There he honed his skills in the rules of engagement within corporate sales hierarchy to successfully execute multi-million dollar sales programs.

Mr. Rudy Mayes brings a wealth of knowledge of over 30 years to the daily business operations at Clean Light Green Light.
Rudy is a co-founder of Clean Light Green Light and works daily handling strategic alliances and relations for the company worldwide.
Rudy is responsible for ensuring that Clean Light Green Light maintains its strategic alliances worldwide with all partners of the supply chain and maintains its positioning to ensure a consistent manufactured solid state lighting product.
Rudy communicates a unique value that Clean Light Green Light can offer its customers and business partners throughout the world. Rudy is also in charge of building and maintaining relationships with Clean Light Green Light's largest global accounts, global alliance partners, and global channel partners.
Under Rudy's direction, Clean Light Green Light has accelerated its market leadership in the commercial solid state lighting sector establishing itself as the "best in class" of solid state lighting of our time.
Prior to Clean Light Green Light Rudy, through his entrepreneurial spirit, has created a variety of both domestic and international successful businesses which include; Millennium Group, Inc, Redipac Recycling where he managed over 150 employees, Nu-Look Fashions and four of Canada's top restaurants.
In addition to running various successful businesses Rudy has also been fortunate to have spent the last 25 years in the entertainment business and through the years has formed many high profile relationships which has spearheaded many projects involving strategic alliances exposing CLGL to media, ie: television, internet and print.
Rudy has a passionate involvement in today's green movement which is reflected through his relentless shared concerns with the United States and the Canadian government
eco-programs.
Rudy has always been instrumental in fund raising for several charitable causes throughout the United States and Canada.
Chuck has been involved in the lighting business since 1986, beginning at Duro-Test Inc., the largest manufacturer of high end specialty lighting outside of Asia.
He began his lighting career as an outside commissioned sales rep then moved to District Sales Manager, Division Sales Manager, and finally Western Regional Manager over 13 western states and 115 sales people.
After Duro-Test, Chuck became a manufacturer's representative for a major Chinese manufacturer in specialty lighting. Observing the priority shift in energy world wide, Chuck made the change to SSL. He began in the SSL industry with Cyberlux – a manufacturer, designer, and distributor in the solid state industry, located in Research Triangle Park in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina.
Chuck worked at Cyberlux as a lighting sales rep and eventually VP of sales. He took a Cyberlux-manufactured under-cabinet product nationally. He was the first salesperson selling "white" LED products for commercial and residential application. The "white" LED is the building block for the SSL industry as we know it today. Chuck's knowledge and understanding of SSL and the industry has set him apart. He has become an expert in LED lighting applications.
Chuck came aboard CLGL because of their vast range of LED products, and their usage of the very best diodes in the world. He is Director of Sales for North America, with his priority being major project leader for the company.
Darren Twede comes to CLGL with a wide range of experience in multiple industries. Darren graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in mathematics and an MBA. He has been involved in the electrical, education, and software industries.
While in the electrical industry Darren worked as a commercial electrician, estimator, and project manager for one of the largest electrical contracting firms in North Carolina. While in this field, Darren leveraged his mathematical foundation in streamlining business processes and designing electrical systems.
Darren jumped into the mathematical education field because of his passion for mathematics. He started a math tutoring business to help Junior and Senior High School students master mathematical concepts ranging from beginning Algebra through Calculus.
Just before coming to CLGL Darren worked in the dynamic software industry. He worked as a trainer, consultant, and customer service director for various organizations. In this industry, along with refining and establishing good business processes, Darren learned how to adapt and excel in a rapidly changing environment.
Darren is a part of the CLGL team because of the breadth and quality of CLGL's product line. He is Director of Operations with a primary focus on helping customers understand and realize the energy efficiencies and value proposition of LED lighting.
Eddy Kohn and his dynamic associates bring a substantial history of successful entrepreneurial endeavors to the Clean Light Green Light team. Having developed in excess of 100 commercial and governmental construction projects from concept to completion in Latin America and the US, and with vast experience in import/export protocols, Eddy and his colleagues are poised to cultivate and develop the vast potential in the Latin American market.
Originally a graduate gemologist and owner of a thriving insurance business, Eddy and his wife, a former petroleum engineer, were inspired to explore a more sustainable lifestyle by their daughter who is completing her degree in Environmental Science. In the course of their research they were introduced to LED lighting. Once they understood the tremendous energy and monetary savings as well as health benefits that LEDs provide they immediately saw the opportunity to create a powerful win-win business venture. Their search for top quality LED products and a company with solid ethics led them to Clean Light Green Light.
Eddy believes that conversion to LEDs is a "no-brainer" once the multiple benefits are understood. With a deep awareness of the world's energy dynamics and a solid track record of selling what he believes in, Eddy is highly motivated to educate his extensive South American network about the positive impact of LEDs from his headquarters in Caracas Venezuela. He is very pleased to establish the Latin American distributorship of Clean Light Green Light LED lighting, a product he can be proud of.
Maria Hondros brings to Clean Light Green Light over 20 years of experience in advertising, marketing, media strategy, and sales.
Maria is responsible for press releases, media relations, and keeping both the marketplace and sales force informed of Clean Light Green Light news and accomplishments.
Through interviews, market research, and strategic media interface, Maria's focus is to facilitate global awareness of CLGL's highly energy efficient, environmentally friendly LED lighting solutions that not only provide substantial economic benefits, but also contribute significantly to the reduction of green house gases.
Keeping the sales force apprised of CLGL accomplishments, customer responses, and changing federal and municipal policies is equally important to support successful customer focused relations.

Prior to Clean Light Green Light, Maria enjoyed a long successful career with a major telecom working in several aspects of their directory advertising division.
In the course of interviewing thousands of CEO's and entrepreneurs to distill appropriate marketing messages, she honed the skill of diverse and effective communication
and focused on providing clients with an effective multimedia strategy.
She also used these skills to create practical marketing collateral and sales trainings for the telecom sales force.
More recently, Maria served as the Development Director of a non profit which provided outdoor adventure therapy for adults and youth at risk.
Nurturing the evolution of people, businesses, and communities that are resource intelligent is a driving passion for Maria. She has been highly active in the sustainability movement for many years, and continues to volunteer with numerous efforts in this arena.

As Director of Logistics, Vicky Iannucci maintains strategic alliances with key internal and external stakeholders and is focused on complete service solutions for Clean Light Green Light (CLGL). Engaging cross functionally with senior management in areas of product procurement, inventory, warehousing, shipping, and customer service, Vicky develops and executes essential strategy regarding overall business needs.
Vicky has demonstrated a keen sense for identifying and leveraging opportunities for continuous improvement. Historically, her efforts have consistently led to the implementation of best practices that optimize supplier and customer relations as well as improve bottom line profitability. In addition, her meticulous sourcing of global components has enabled Clean Light Green Light to achieve best in class LED technology.
Prior to joining Clean Light Green Light, Vicky has enjoyed a successful career in management as well as being the co-founder of a thriving web-based venture. Her experience in the areas of planning, purchasing, inventory management, and distribution in both the public and private sectors enable her to develop innovative strategies that encourage productive business relationships.
Vicky and her family are locally active in their Michigan community, and share a passion for exploring our national parks. An accomplished artist, she also enjoys engaging in creative projects.

Gail Mazzone, Chief Financial Officer of Clean Light Green Light oversees the company's worldwide finance operation with responsibility for all of the company's financial reporting, balance sheet management, foreign exchange, audits, and taxes. Gail also assists CEO David Mckinney in coordinating and driving CLGL internal business processes.
With over 30 years of experience in the financial field, including banking, credit union, retail and accounting expertise, Gail brings a successful track record of creating exceptionally efficient organizational systems that streamline operations and improve productivity.
Gail joined Clean Light Green Light in 2009 from Defender Tech International Solutions and InSight CCTV, global security and surveillance operations. There she was recognized for streamlining accounting processes which significantly increased productivity levels, as well as implementing technology that provided timely financial profiles, forecasts, and recommendations.
Gail joins the Clean Light Green Light team with enthusiasm, vision and drive. Drawing from her extensive experience she has implemented strategies and systems that will enable the company to thrive, increase sales, and become a leader in the growing field of LED technology.
