From the onset we designed our tubes and other products with specifically engineered circuitry to prevent the failure of one diode that could result in large scale failure of diodes in our fixtures. This higher quality manufacturing standard is being increasingly adopted by other LED manufacturers.
CLGL just recently collaborated with the manufacturer of the DIP diodes contained in our successful and popular LED tube series. Working together we came up with a solution that will allow us to increase production quantities and shorten manufacturing times.
We offer the most comprehensive warranties in the industry – 5 years for indoor fixtures, and 7 years for outdoor fixtures (expected to be upgraded to 10 years in the near future). Several manufacturers have quite visibly adjusted their warranties to match ours.
