CLGL-EBS series are equipped with a smart charging system that guarantees optimal working conditions in any environment with an extended battery life CLGL offers an 18W system that operates in 30, 60 or 90 minute intervals and can be used with CLGL LED or other LED companies products. Larger systems will debut by March/2011. The EBS is a first in the LED industry, using a battery back up system for not only CLGL products but also other LED companies products (up to 18W). By combining a driver equipped with a smart charging system and using Ni-Mh batteries (the same type used in Hybrid cars) we have designed a product that can work in a wide range of environments with an extended battery life.
With roughly the same dimensions as a fluorescent ballast it makes for an easy installation in any and all fixtures.
